About the Podcasting Pre-College Program
The Podcasting Pre-College program at Dean College provides participants with the opportunity to create, record, edit and market their own podcasts. Participants will learn in a hands-on environment how to utilize professional digital audio equipment, Pro Tools software, and Rodecaster II Integrated Audio Production Studios. In addition, this program will also cover how to upload podcasts to all major podcast platforms including but not limited to Apple, Spotify and iHeartRadio. Instructed by Vic Michaels, General Manager of WGAO-FM, Associate Professor of Communications and a 30-year veteran broadcaster working in the radio business.

Dates
One week session from Sunday, July 27 to Saturday, August 2, 2025.
Cost
- Commuter - $1,500
- Residential - $1,800
Deposit
A $500 deposit is due at the time of registration. (Deposit is fully refundable until June 24).
Balance due date is June 24.
Program Refund Policy
Students may receive a refund for the program fees, minus the enrollment deposit, up to and including the first day of the course.
