To help the Office of Alumni Relations stay up to date with alumni visits and updates, please fill out this form ahead of an anticipated alumna/us visit to campus. If our office knows about the visit in advance, we can prepare a gift for the visiting alum and coordinate an opportunity for a member of our office to say "hi."

We know that sometimes alumni unexpectedly stop by, so we ask that this form is also filled out after a "surprise" visit so we have a record of the visit.
