Dean College offers a variety of student housing options, including suite-style living, all-female residence halls, all-male residence halls and co-ed residence halls. Our dedicated staff cultivate an engaging and inclusive living environment, ensuring you and your roommates have an enriching experience each year. From traditional residence halls to suite-style accommodations and senior-year condos, Dean College provides a dynamic range of living arrangements to suit your needs and create your home away from home.

Guaranteed Housing
At Dean College, you are guaranteed housing for your entire tenure. As an incoming resident, you will be assigned to one of our residence facilities. For each subsequent year, returning residents will have the opportunity to participate in Housing Selection each spring where they can select their hall, room and roommates for the next academic year. Preferences can only be honored if space permits. All residents must acknowledge and adhere to the Housing Terms and Conditions to live on campus.
